Before your order is shipped, it must be processed, packed, and handed over to our logistics partners.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Because Ms. Picketta curates unique, high-quality items from specialized boutique partners around the globe to bring you the best selection, shipping times may vary depending on the item's origin.

Standard Delivery: Once shipped, the majority of orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days.

Please Note: For a small selection of unique items sourced from more distant artisan partners, delivery may occasionally take between 15 to 30 business days.
We appreciate your patience as we bring these curated finds directly to your doorstep.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.
5. Multiple Packages
To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments if the items are being sourced from different global partner warehouses. Do not worry if you receive one package before another—the rest of your items are on their way! You will not be charged extra for these split shipments.
SECTION 2: REFUND & RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Ms. Picketta purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’ve made returns easy and worry-free.
1. Our 30-Day FREE Return Guarantee
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
For our US customers, return shipping is completely FREE. If you are not satisfied, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no cost to you.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a full refund, your returned item must meet the following strict criteria:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and free of any stains, pet hair, or odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

It must be returned in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet these criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. These include:

Intimate apparel (lingerie, bodysuits, underwear).

Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed).

Beauty products and cosmetics that have been opened.

4. How to Initiate a FREE Return
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send items back to the return address on your original shipping label without contacting us first. You must follow this process to get your free return label:

If your return request is accepted, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package.

Print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at Hi@MsPicketta.com with photos of the issue.
We will make it right straight away by offering a free replacement or a full refund.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days.
