- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and packed within 1-3 business days.
- Estimated Delivery: Once shipped, the majority of orders arrive within 7 to 15 business days.Please note: For a small selection of unique items sourced from more distant artisans, delivery may occasionally take between 15 to 30 business days.
Why did I receive only part of my order?
To ensure you get your items as fast as possible, we may ship products separately from different curated partners as soon as they are ready. Don't worry if you receive one package before another—the rest of your order is on its way!
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its journey to your doorstep.
What is your return policy?
We want you to absolutely love what you’ve picked. That’s why we make returns easy and worry-free. We offer completely FREE returns within 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If you aren't completely satisfied for any reason, sending it back is on us!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it.
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed.
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note: Certain items like intimate apparel, swimwear, and final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

We do! Return shipping is completely free for our US customers. Once you initiate a return and it is accepted, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the item back at no cost to you.
How do I initiate a return?
Important: Please do not send items back to the address on the package label without contacting us first.
To start a free return, please email our support team at Hi@MsPicketta.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
We apologize sincerely if this happens! Please contact us immediately at Hi@Mspicketta.com with photos of the damaged or incorrect item and your order number. We will rectify the issue promptly by offering a free replacement or a full refund, and we will handle the return of the original item free of charge.
